We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain private information, when you elect to register and use Mobik.
This information may include: (a) registration for an account at Mobik to enable its use, (b) Login information to your Mobik Dashboard to allow you automatic access to your account.

Access to your personal information on your mobile device
We may request your consent to access certain information on your mobile device, to enable Mobik to function properly. This information may include (a) access to your phone dialer information, (b) access to data & files stored on your device, (c) access to your contacts. (d) access to your location.
Any access to your personal information requires your explicit consent while first installing Mobik.

Mobik collects and uses your personal information for the operation of Mobik, and to deliver Mobik’s services to you.
Sharing information with third parties
Mobik may share personal information with a third party. This information may include your name, business name, email or phone number. This information is shared upon your intended communication with a third party using a form on a website page displayed using Mobik. Mobik may send out a message and/or an email to that third party that will include such information.
Mobik may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so, by law or in a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) Conform to the edicts of the law, or comply with any legal process required by the operation of Mobik , and/or protect and defend the rights or property of Mobik.
Track user behavior
Mobik may kepp track of your activities made through Mobik. This information may be used to deliver customized information and/or advertisement.
Automatic collected information
Mobik may collect information about your mobile device during its operation. Information may include device type, IP address, current location and other automatic collected information.
Opt out from Mobik service.
You can, at any time opt out from Mobik service by switching off the Mobik Action, located on the Settings page.

Mobik reserves the rights to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes about the way we treat your personal information, by sending you a message and/or by alerting you within the application. You continuous use of Mobik application and its services after this modification, will constitute your (a) Acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
